We are going to Nice on Monday. We are looking forward to travelling on the TGV and visiting the Oceanography Institute in Monaco. Lovely!

Will do! I can't wait....

and now Mr Lickspittle has splurged on good seats to see Orioles in B-more. It'll be a special Earl Weaver night, with EW making an appearance. And we'll be listening to this, just as we do whenever we roadtrip to an Orioles game**. Since I don't care about the *game*, we'll probably hit the Visionary Art Museum again--or maybe The Hon.

We're leaving in less than an hour to take my mom, sister, her husband
and three kids to this cabin in the mountains close to Gatlinburg, TN,
where we'll stay for three nights:

This will be the longest amount time I've spent with my family in 20+
years!

There should have been a picture of a railroad track to really give it away.

The idea of Turkey and maybe Greece or Poland (to visit Homik possibly), or to meet with my friend Olwen in Berlin, became a much greater possibility as of this afternoon! My head is kinda spinning right now...
